Mummy Makeover. Custom Post-Pregnancy Restoration #mummy-makeover

Combines procedures—often abdominoplasty and targeted liposuction—to address abdomen and proportion; breast procedures may be considered where appropriate.

Recovery: Walk day 1; desk work ~10–14 days; gym ~6–8 weeks.

Abdominoplasty / Tummy Tuck #abdominoplasty

Removes excess skin/fat and can repair diastasis for a flatter, firmer abdomen. Options: Full, Mini, Extended.

Scars: Low horizontal line within typical underwear/swimwear; around the navel if repositioned.

Recovery: Compression ~6 weeks; drains may be used 5–10 days.

Body Contouring Liposuction & Shaping #body-contouring

Tumescent liposuction through small access points to refine abdomen, flanks, back, thighs, or under-chin. Can be standalone or combined with abdominoplasty.
