About Netty Ghezai
Netty Ghezai is WAISS Health’s International Patient Concierge for the Middle East and North America. She serves as a dedicated point of contact for patients and families exploring care at WAISS Health from abroad, helping them navigate information gathering, treatment planning, travel logistics and follow-up care.
Before joining WAISS Health, Netty worked with Global Strategies, LLC, a U.S.-based consulting firm that supports nonprofits, government contractors and health-related organizations on operations, financial management and health-care projects. In that capacity, she participated in U.S. state-level Medicaid health program initiatives in Maryland, including dental and electronic health records (EHR) projects, giving her deep insight into how complex health systems work.
Active in African diaspora and international business networks, Netty brings a strong cross-cultural perspective and an understanding of both North American and Middle Eastern patient expectations. Her focus at WAISS Health is simple: to make every international patient’s journey to world-class care in West Africa as clear, comfortable and well-coordinated as possible.
